About Dr. Monica Gressianu
I am a graduate of School of Medicine Bucharest, Romania in 1985. I did my residency and cardiology fellowship at UMDNJ/Rutgers School of Medicine in Newark, NJ. I received board certifications in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Echocardiography.
The interest in bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT) developed when conventional therapies failed to provide relief to my own symptoms.
The "discovery" of BHRT which brought significant improvement in my quality of life was the determining factor to shift gears from "sick" medicine to preventative medicine.
Based on my own personal journey I have compassion for people who experience hormone depletion and I am dedicated to bring my clinical experience to achieve optimum health.
My training in BHRT was done through interactive learning methods and was followed by certification in Advanced Bioidentical hormone replacement from Worldlink Medical, the Academy for Preventative and Innovative Medicine.
